Selecting Advisors

There are several different types of financial advisors, with varying areas of expertise and legal responsibilities to you as a client. While many advisors provide a broad range of services in the hopes of garnering as much of your business as they can, we are a specialized firm that exists to address particular needs for investment advice that you have. As such, we interact with your other advisors in a way that matches your wishes and financial needs.

Individuals and organizations often benefit from having more than one advisor and we are comfortable working in that fashion. One difficulty that arises when you have multiple advisors is coordinating the flow of information for analysis and decision making. We are able to offer you ways to do so more effectively.

While we would welcome your business, we might not be the best advisor for you. In that case, if you want our assistance in selecting a different advisor, we can leverage our experience at analyzing investment organizations to guide you through the process of choosing an investment advisor that matches your needs. Alternatively, we can provide you with materials that have been produced by regulatory organizations to help guide you in your selection process.
