Second Opinions

Professional investors usually seek out a wide variety of sources and opinions before making an investment decision.  By looking at an investment problem from different perspectives, they hope to avoid mistakes that stem from taking too narrow a view of the issues.

Similarly, if you are facing an important investment decision and are relying on one advisor, you may feel like you need a second opinion.  We have broad experience in solving investment problems and can help you assess how to proceed.  If we are unable to offer assistance, we can often aid you in locating other experts who can help.

Because we never use our contact with you to market services other than the ones that you have requested from us, your other advisors and you can be assured that in providing our opinions we are trying to help you in a specific way rather than trying to impede or supersede other advisory relationships.  It is your decision as to whether to inform your other advisors of our involvement.  We are willing to exchange information with them or keep our discussions private; the choice is yours.
