The nature and amount of all compensation we receive from a client is negotiated and agreed upon in advance, and is specified in the written client agreement. Fees may be charged based upon an hourly fee, a flat fee for a particular service, a retainer fee, or some combination thereof. The amount of the fees varies based upon the breadth and complexity of the analysis that is prepared for a client.
We are an independent entity and not affiliated with any investment advisory firm or broker-dealer, and we do not receive compensation directly or indirectly from any person or entity other than our clients for the investment advice that is provided to them.
We neither pay nor receive referral fees. We expect to act in your best interest in referring you to other advisors without compensation of any kind, and we will not pay others to establish a relationship with you.
